Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients were diagnosed according to the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD2017); 2. criteria(FEV1/FVC<0.730%=FEV1<60%); 3. aged at least 40 years; 4. BMI 18 to 36; 5. clinically stable over the past month,no changes in medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: exacerbation,worsening of symptoms or increases in medication; supplemental oxygen dependency; cannot endurance intervention program; cognitive disability; history of thoracic or abdominal surgery.
