Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Acute stage of spinal cord injury; Patients with bowel dysfunction; the age is greater than 18 years old; the patient's family informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; patients with other chronic intestinal diseases not related to SCI; patients with perianal diseases such as anal fissure, perianal abscess, rectal prolapse, severe hemorrhoids, etc;patients with congenital spinal cord injury, such as cerebral palsy, spina bifida, sacrococcygeal dysplasia, patients with progressive spinal cord injury, such as multiple sclerosis, active malignant tumor, etc;patients who selected surgical methods such as enterostomy to cure bowel dysfunction.
