Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Agree to sign informed consent form; 2. Aged 18 to 75 years old, male or female; 3. Meet diagnostic criteria for stage2-4 chronic Kidney disease and stage 1-2 acute kidney injury 1-2; 4. The syndrome type of TCM is "Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney with poison or blood stasis"

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding woman; 2. Severe primary diseases combined with other organs urgently need immediate treatment, or have systemic diseases such as malignant tumors, active tuberculosis, and kidney transplantation; 3. Mentally ill, unable to cooperate; 4. Those who are participating in other drug clinical trials or participate in other clinical trials in China within 3 months; 5. Patients who need dialysis treatment or who are undergoing dialysis treatment immediately.
