16 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. IBD diagnosis was according to the European Crohn's and Colitis Organisation (ECCO) guidelines for IBD; 2. We enrolled patients who were first diagnosed as IBD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed as other diseases; 2. pregnant female; 3. with other infections (epstein-barr virus, cytomegalovirus etc.); 4. metronidazole and/or vancomycin usage in recent one month; 5. fecal microbiota transplantation history, former CDI history.
