Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) adult patients over 18 years old; 2) patients undergoing liver transplantation for the first time; 3) patients receiving live donor liver;4) the surgical method is orthotopic liver transplantation for patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) infant and young children; 2) previous organ transplantation; 3) combined liver and kidney transplant; 4) the surgical method is piggyback or venous transposition; 5) cardiac arrest; 6) the patient died within 72 hours after surgery; 7) re-enter the operating room within 72 hours after the operation for a second operation; 8) preoperative AKI patients; 9) preoperative Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and GFR<60ml/min.
