Interventions

A:Group A: 60° flexion of the knee joint after surgery for 6 hours
Group B: 60° flexion of the knee joint after surgery for 6 hours,
B:Group B: 60° flexion of the knee joint after surgery for 6 hours
Group B: 60° flexion of the knee joint after surgery for12 hours.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: TKA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with an age less than 18 and greater than 85, patients with a history of thrombotic disease, patients with infection, patients on anticoagulant therapy, and patients with preoperative anaemia and an allergy to tranexamic acid.
