Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. When angina onset, electrocardiogram (ECG) or dynamic electrocardiogram (Holter) recorded ST segment significantly raised (1 mm or higher) and/or high T wave (including pseudo normalization of T wave) in two or more of the associated leads. The elevated ST segment and/or high T wave back to the state before the onset of angina pectoris when angina pectoris relieved. VAP will be diagnosed if ST-elevation changes in acute myocardial infarction (STEMI) and other non-coronary lesions are excluded. 2. Informed consent has been signed by the patient or his or her legal guardian. 3. Willing and able to receive 3 years follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI); 2. Acute pericarditis; 3. Early repolarization syndrome with chest pain; 4. Hyperkalemia with chest pain; 5. Anxiety with ST elevation; 6. Non-cardiac chest pain accompanied by ST elevation.
