40 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Between 40 and 85 years of age, have an FEV l% less than 80% and greater than or equal to 30%. If any patient had had a pulmonary infection, it had to have been controlled in a COPD remission period. Informed consent was obtained from all patients and their families.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a pulmonary infection that was not effectively controlled in acute COPD, having severe organ dysfunction, having a malignant neoplasm, having cardiac disease, having any other lung disease besides COPD, having a disease resulting in a walking impairment, or having an inability to cooperate with the study procedures.
