Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: CHA2DS2-VASC score is greater than or equal to 2, and it has one of the following situations: the patients are not suitable for long-term oral anticoagulation; Further, stroke or embolism events still occur on the basis of INR standard after taking warfarin.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The inner diameter of LA > 65mm and TEE confirmed the spontaneous development of intracardiac thrombus, severe mitral valve lesions and pericardial effusion > 3mm. Parliamentary life expectancy < 1 year, low risk of stroke or low risk of bleeding; Taking warfarin for other reasons; Complex atherosclerotic plaques exist in the ascending aorta/aortic arch. The ovale is not closed with atrial septal aneurysm and right-left shunt. Patients undergoing elective cardiac surgery; A person who is in cardiac dysfunction.
