Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed non-small cell lung cancer; 2. With available wide-scale genetic testing results; or available freezing tumor tissue or other biological sample for genetic testing; 3. Time of diagnosis between January 2000 and December 2017; 4. With complete clinical information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Wide-scale genetic testing shows that the patient has no driver mutation.
