Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The first onset of cerebral infarction, accompanied by limb dysfunction (patients with limb strength <III) in patients; course of 1-12 months. Conscious, able to cooperate with the treatment, accept acupressure, acupuncture therapy, acupuncture points and acupuncture sites without skin lesions; aged 60-80 years; voluntarily join the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Lacunar infarction and transient ischemic attack; 2. and invented diseases that significantly affect immune function (such as AIDS) or autoimmune diseases; at the same time, they have a history of severe heart, liver, kidney failure, and malignancy; 3. There has been a history of major mental illnesses, alcohol abuse, drug abuse, and use of immunosuppressive drugs in the last six months.
