20 Years to 39 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Group A: patients who is gonging to recieve TET treatment for the first time following cancel of fresh embryo transplantation because of eveluation of blood progesterone or OHSS prevention. Group B and Group C: repeated implantation failure patients:1. age<40; 2.patients failed to get pregnant after twice or more fresh ET or TET, or after more than 4 high quality embryos or 6 embryos was transplanted into uterine accumulatively;3. patients gonging to recieve TET treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. chromosome anomalies; 2. abnormality of uterine: uterine malformation, intrauterine adhesions and endometrial polyp; 3. hydrosalpinx; 4. adenomyosis, endometriosis; 5. abnormal thyroid function; 6. antiphospholipid antibody syndrome.
