Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients diagnosed as T2DM according to the diagnostic criteria of the world health organization (WH0) in 1999 for the first time and didn't take any antidiabetic drugs, and(fasting blood-glucose, FBG)=9mmol/L&7%=glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)=10% is also required; 2. patients diagnosed as HT according to the diagnostic criteria of Fisher or the diagnose of thyroid fine needle puncture; 3. Having enough blood to save and detect related biomarkers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with acute complications of DM/malignant tumour/pregnancy/sever heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 2) patients with history of thyroid disease and once took drug or surgical treatment; 3) patients with the administration of drugs that affect thyroid function; 4) patients with other autoimmune diseases.
