Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients are older than 18 years with lung adenocarcinoma, confirmed by histopathology and immunohistochemistry and positive for common mutations in EGFR detected by histological section; (2) Patients willing to choose the first generation of EGFR-TKI as the first-line treatment drugs; The healthy control group was selected as follows: Healthy people aged 40-60 years old who without infectious diseases in recent three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with primary resistance to EGFR-TKI were excluded ,who has rare gene mutation such as L858R point mutation, exon 20 mutation and primary mutation T790M. Combination of angiogenesis inhibitors directly targeting VEGF and angiogenesis inhibitors (sorafenib) targeting other signaling molecules in the VEGF pathway. Complicated with myocardial infarction, diabetes and other serious vascular disease patients, long-term smoking patients, cardiovascular, rheumatic, infection, pregnancy patients. Combined with other systems of primary malignancies. Researchers believe there are other important diseases that are not suitable for participants in the trial
