Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 25 to 75 years; 2. Patients who have had cerebral infarction or hemorrhage for the first time; 3. The diagnosis is in line with the diagnosis of various cerebrovascular diseases adopted in the 4th academic conference on cerebrovascular disease in 1995; 4. The skull CT or MRI examination confirmed; 5. 3 month = time after stroke = 1 year; 6. Assessment by modified Ashworth scale, muscle tension for all joint of upper limb =2 level; 7. Brunnstrom stage =III (hand); 8. No serious cognitive impairment, MMSE score>24; 9. The patient has signed or signed the informed consent by his immediate family.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Deteriorating condition that recurrence of stroke or new infarction (hemorrhage) during intervention appears; 2. A history of epilepsy, cerebral hemorrhage and serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ function failure and uncontrolled hypertension, arrhythmia, severe coronary heart disease, diabetes complications been fail controlled; 3. Patients are undergoing other clinical central nervous intervention in same time; 4. Can not complete the treatment protocol, poor compliance.
