Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Agree to sign informed consent form; 2. Aged 18 to 75 years old, male or female; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria for recurrent urinary tract infection; 4. Urinary tract infection occurred more than 2 times within half a year or more than 3 times within 1 year, with a history of more than 2 years; 5. 2 weeks after using sensitive antibacterial therapy in the stable phase of recurrent urinary tract infection or during acute attack; 6. Comply with the diagnosis and syndrome differentiation standard of Chinese medicine Laolin (Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney, with damp heat flow).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute pyelonephritis or first-episode acute urinary tract infection; 2. Imaging examination of congenital malformations of urinary tract, stones, water and other diseases; 3. Urethral syndrome; 4. Chronic kidney disease that eGFR<<30ml/(min·1.73m2); 5. Pregnancy or breastfeeding woman; 6. People Have allergies or allergies to two drugs; 7. Serious damage to heart, liver, kidney function or other serious underlying diseases such as diabetes; 8. Severe central nervous system disease; 9. Those who are participating in other drug clinical trials or participate in other clinical trials in China within 3 months.
