Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. clinical symptoms: Patient with persistent tinnitus for more than 3 months.The severity of tinnitus was evaluated by domestic recommended index tinnitus severity (ITS) and the international commonly used tinnitus handicap inventory (THI); 2. Aged 18-65 years; 3. patients who sign informed consent to participate in clinical trials.
