Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I grade, 80 children aged 1-6 who underwent concealed penile lengthening surgery at the central hospital of panzhihua from October 1, 2018 to April 1, 2019, were selected to be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) stunted growth and mental retardation; 2) mental disorders; 3) neuromuscular diseases; 4) abnormal coagulation function; 5) history of drug allergy; 6) infection of the puncture site.
