18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: DLBCL patients diagnosed in our department and receiving regular chemotherapy with CHOP or r-chop regimen;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) concomitant with other tumors; (2) in any of the following situations: those with level 2 cardiac function and above; with a poorly controlled angina;who has suffered a myocardial infarction within one year; Severe cardiac arrhythmia. (3) the combination of various hemolytic diseases; (4) abnormal renal function: Cr > 115mmol/L; (5) abnormal liver function: TBIL > 1.5 * ULN; ALT > 2.0 x ULN; AST > 2.0 x ULN; (6) muscle injury; (7) used G-csf within 1 week;
