35 Years to 42 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 35-42 years old married woman; (2) in accordance with TCM syndrome of kidney qi deficiency; (3) years of infertility > 1 year; (4) body mass index (BMI) = 24kg/m2; (5) menstruation Regular cycle (28~30d), normal ovulation; (6) Basic body temperature (BBT) biphasic; (7) Normal endocrine hormone levels, ie, day 3 of menstrual cycle, serum estradiol (E2) = 50pg/mL, follicles Stimulating hormone (FSH) =10 IU/L, luteinizing hormone (LH) =10 IU/L; (8) Normal liver and kidney function and negative for hepatitis B and C virus antigens.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) polycystic ovary syndrome; (2) endometriosis; (3) hyperprolactinemia; (4) uterine fibroids; (5) systemic disease; (6) history of previous ovarian cancer or History of ovarian surgery; (7) With history of chemotherapy and chemotherapy; (8) smoking, narcotic drug dependence; (9) lesions in acupuncture points; (10) participating in other clinical trials; (11) participated in this before The study, or has previously been acupuncture (regardless of the method) as infertility treatment; (12) Used any steroid hormone drugs in past 3 months; (13) Genital tract infection; (14) With immune disease.
