Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-80 years, undergoing general anesthesia for elective ESD operation in The First Affiliated Hospital, College of Medicine, Zhejiang University ???????,?????

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal or impaired gastrointestinal motor functionux; 2. Delayed gastric emptying, such as pyloric obstruction; 3. High reverse flow risk of aspiration, such as gastroesophageal reflux; 4. severe malnutrition or severe anemia (serum albumin less than 35g/L and hemoglobin less than 90g /L); 5. hydroelectrolyte disturbance; 6. diabetes or abnormal glucose tolerance; 7. abnormal endocrine hormone or taking steroid medication recently; 8. moderate or severe lung function impairment; 9. pregnancy or lactating women during perioperative period.
