Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological histological diagnosis ofLiver Cancer, Biliary tumor and Pancreatic Cancer; 2. Clinical examination without other neoplastic diseases; 3. Can take surgical resection or biopsy to obtain fresh tumor tissue samples; 4. Objective tumors that meet RECIST 1.1 criteria and can be evaluated by CT/MRI; 5. KPS score = 60, expected survival time = 3 months; Comprehensive assessment of patients who can tolerate chemotherapy and targeted therapy; 6. The patient voluntarily signed the informed consent form, with good compliance, willing active treatment and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unplanned reoperation after surgery; 2. During the course of treatment, the patient was found to have other tumors, or a second tumor was found, which interfered with this experimental study; 3. KPS score = 60 points or blood biochemical tests suggest that patients are not suitable for continuing chemotherapy or chemotherapy has been delayed; 4. Cannot or refuse to collect tumor samples, including tumor tissue blocks, or malignant pleural effusion and ascites; 5. Refused to receive treatment plans or follow-up plans.
