18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 80 years chronic stroke patients (over 1 year from onset) with HSP (visual analog scale (VAS) for pain =30mm)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known drug dependence; severe depression or suicidal tendencies: patients with severe somatic diseases: history of sinus bradycardia, atrioventricular block, hepatorenal insufficiency; abnormal coagulation function; patients unable to adhere to treatment due to distant or other reasons; nearly 3 months Participating in clinical trials of other drugs
