Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The age is greater than 18 years old; patients with tracheal intubation; the patient's family informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anatomical deformation of the neck; giant goiter; severe coagulopathy; surgical site infection; unstable cervical spine fracture.
