Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged=18 years male or female; 2. Osteoporosis three or four-part proximal humeral fractures which were identified by X-ray and CT scan images before surgery; 3. Fractures were fixed with PHILOS plate in our medical center dated from Jan. 2014 to Jan. 2017; 4. Acute fractures and surgery was performed within 3 weeks; 5. Cancellous bone allograft or fibular strut allograft was implanted during surgery; 6. Fellow up at least 2 years or at the date of implants removal after bone union.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple fractures; 2. Fracture lines extended to humeral shaft or combined with dislocation; 3. Open fractures; Pathological fractures; 4. Data were incomplete.
