Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged at least 18 years; 2. patients who have been diagnosised as coronary heart disease through coronary angiography and need undergo PCI; 3. Routine postoperative clopidogrel treatment after PCI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who have been sensitive or intolerance to Aspirin or clopidogrel; 2. patients who have A history of visceral hemorrhage or stroke within six months; 3. patients with severe coagulation dysfunction or hepatic disease; 4. patients who will undergo surgery or contraindications for antiplatelet therapy; 5. patients with end-stage disease; 6. patients who were not born in Jin Hua and not Han population.
