Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18-80years old; 2. stroke diagnosed by head MRI within 24 hours of onset; 3. participants may have risk factors for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, including hypertension, hyperlipidemia and diabetes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) with previous stroke or intracerebral hemorrhage; 2) pregnancy; 3) with serious heart, lung, liver or kidney diseases; 4) with autoimmune diseases; 5) with infection.
