65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged older than 65-year-old with fever (T>38 degree C) with or without shiver; 2. Shock; 3. Central venous catheter; 4. White blood cell is greater than or equal to 15000/µl or less than or equal to 4000/µl or immature granulocytes greater than or equal to 10% or CRP or PCT increased.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with end-stage chronic diseases expected to survive less than 28 days; 2. Patients with rheumatic immune system diseases or tumors (including blood system tumors).
