Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 old years. male or female; 2. CTA/DSA/MRA confirmed large vascular(ICA, VA, BA, MA, M2); 3. Time from attack to random less than 8 hours; 4. NIHSS6; 6. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Intracranial hemorrhage; 2. seriously basic diseases that affect prognosis, like coagulation disorders; 3. Give up the treatment at postoperative, Unable to complete follow-up and life expectancy less than 6 months; 4. Refuse to participate and can not finish the protocol in the study; 5. Hypersensitivity to iodinated contrast media and argatroban; 6. A woman who is pregnant or lactating; 7. Who was enrolled in other trials simultaneously; 8. Arterial tortuosity fails to reach the destination vessel; 9. Had a history of bleeding (Gastrointestinal tract and urethra); 10. Combined with intracranial aneurysms or tumors or vascular malformation; 11. Severe renal dysfunction (Cr>220mmol/L); 12. For other exclusion reasons diagnosed by researchers.
