Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who come to our department and are diagnosed as congenital malformations; The syndactyly type is only the skin and the subcutaneous tissue connection simple and the finger malformation; The age should not be less than 3 months, and the age should not be more than 18 years. The patient belongs to the non-scar physique; Normal coagulation function; No obvious abnormality was found in the whole body examination of liver and kidney function. Preoperative informed consent, voluntary participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Complex interconnections with bones, nerves, blood vessels, muscles, tendons, etc. Syndactyly with more serious syndrome; Poor overall condition; Scar tissue; Coagulation disorders; Poor compliance and unwillingness to participate.
