Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The samples for the study are collected from healthy population. Information about the subjects included in this study shall be true. The subjects included in this study shall cover a certain percentage of people of different ages and genders, and shall be random and representative. Age groups include 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60-70 years old, at least 120 cases per group. (1) Adults aged 18-70 years; (2) Normal results in routine blood tests; Normal range in routine urine test (Protein, Glucose, Sediment: Leucocyte/HPF, Erythrocytes/HPF, Granular casts/HPF); Normal Biochemical indicators (BUN, ALP, Glu, AST, ALT, TP, ALB); Normal glucose level; (3) Health status: no history of clinically significant diseases in heart, liver, kidney, digestive tract, nervous system, respiratory system (such as asthma), immune system, mental disorder or metabolic disorder; no infections with human immunodeficiency virus, hepatitis B virus, Hepatitis C virus, Treponema pallidum or other infections; (4) Normal results or clinically insignificant abnormalities in physical examinations and vital sign examinations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who meet the following criteria shall not participate in this study: (1) Autoimmunity disease and Infections (including any infections with bacteria, molds, viruses, chlamydia, rickettsia, and parasites); (2) Inflammations (including any local reactions from vascularization to wounds); (3) Malignant tumors; (4) Treatment with drugs that affect the immune system; (5) Diseases that may affect the immune systembut not all of this should be excluded (Such as Arteriosclerosis, if 6 months have elapsed since the acute event, then the subject can be enrolled; Cardiac insufficiency, If no medication is prescribed and the patient is stable on a low salt diet alone, the person should not be excluded; Hypertension, Hypertension is not an exclusion criterion in itself. However, if it is of immunologic origin, exclusion will result from the finding of a high blood urea or a urinalysis revealing proteinuria, leucocytes or erythrocytes in the sediment. If the hypertension is of arteriosclerotic or diabetic origin, it will be excluded when urea or glucose levels rise in the serum or when proteinuria or glucose urine develop; Dementia, pregnancy, malnutrition and alcoholism should be exclude.
