Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 0nly semen samples with a sperm concentrations=15×106/ml, progressive motility =32%, and a volume=2 ml were included in the study; 2. follow-up the health of human offspring conceived by assisted reproductive technologies.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The couples with male factor infertility were excluded; 2. In investigate of the health outcomes of human offspring conceived by assisted reproductive technologies, there are no exclusion criteria.
