Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnostic criteria defined by The 4th National Conference on Cerebrovascular Disease; 2. Diagnosis of infarction confirmed by MRI; 3. absence of mood disorders like anxiety and depression or other, or cognitive deficits such as aprosexia and memory deterioration; consciousness with normal hearing and roughly normal language competence during hospitalization so as to cooperate in related scale tests; 4. scoring 0-14 in the NIHSS test; 5. between 7 and 10 days since the acute onset; 6. aged 20 to 90 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, TIA and reversible ischemic neurologic deficit (RIND) and postcyclic ischemic ischemic neurologic deficit; Deterioration of the condition, the occurrence of new infarction or bleeding; Patients with a history of craniocerebral surgery and trauma within three months; Patients with abnormal liver function; Patients with haematological diseases; Patients with renal insufficiency; Patients with malignant tumors; Patients with febrile diseases; Patients with acute or chronic infections; Patients with chronic heart failure; Epilepsy or disturbance of consciousness; Death; The patient refused to participate the study.
