Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Cardiopulmonary function can be tolerated by segmental resection of the lung; HRCT preoperatively judged IA stage in clinical staging, no obvious enlarged lymph nodes in mediastinum, non small cell lung cancer, less than 2-3cm in diameter of single tumor; peripheral type; CT manifestations were mainly GGO grind hyaline lesions; regional lymph node dissection in the region was a rapid pathological pN (-). Fully inform and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Poor cardiopulmonary function, contraindication of operation; non single tumor; tumor size >3cm; central type, or lesion at the junction of the lung; intraoperative regional lymph node dissection, rapid pathological pN (+), and lobectomy; for pathological diagnosis of small cell lung cancer or sarcomatoid carcinoma, palliative lobectomy or palliative lobectomy is performed according to the patient's tolerance. Total pneumonectomy; postoperative follow-up patients did not cooperate.
