Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged from 20 to 79 years; subcutaneous insulin hypoglycemic therapy lasted for more than 12 weeks; glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) > 7%; combined use of saglistine or liraglutide for more than 12 weeks; glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) > 45 ml / min / 1.73 m2; eligible subjects agreed to be hospitalized for insulin pump hypoglycemic therapy After one week of glucose treatment, the insulin pump was withdrawn and subcutaneous insulin was injected or even discontinued.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute complications of diabetes, infection, tumor, primary liver disease and non-diabetic nephropathy. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events (acute coronary syndrome, unstable angina, acute myocardial infarction, acute stroke or transient ischemic events) occurred within 2 months.
