18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute stroke; 2. Graded as Hess-Hunt I-IV for patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage; 3. Agef between 18 and 75 years; 4. Admission to hospital within 48 hours after the onset of acute stroke; 5. Diagnosed as brain-heart syndrome.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not treated for acute stroke or unable to treat; 2. Accompanied with severe cardiovascular disease, extremely critical condition, or cerebral hernia. Failure to fulfill the study is highly expected; 3. Admission to hospital more than 48 hours after the onset of acute stroke; 4. Accompanied with limb vascular occlusive disease, or with other diseases or conditions which cannot tolerate the intervention; 5. Other conditions that are not suitable for RIPC treatment, such as skin damage, severe thrombocytopenia, abnormal blood clotting, etc.
