Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 120 patients who are in accordance with ASA (American Association of Anesthesia Physicians) Grade II and III level are going to have left thoracotomy and esophageal cancer radical resection; 2. The patients signed the written informed consent; 3. Male or Female aged from 18 to 79 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction history, liver and kidney insufficiency, severe respiratory dysfunction; 2. Patients with preoperative chemotherapy history, systemic infection; 3. Patients with blood products imported during the operation; 4. Patients with body mass index =30kg/m2.
