20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infertile women receiving IVF-ET treatment in Shanghai East Hospital, Tongji University School of Medicine from 2018 to 2020, and aged 20-40 years with repeated ICSI fertilization failure due to Wee2 mutation in oocytos.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The male with severe oligoasthenia and azoospermia; 2. The couples with abnormal chromosome karyotype or near relatives' marriage in the three generation; 3. with significant systemic diseases not suitable for pregnancy, (including hyperthyroidism, diabetes, lupus erythematosus); 4. space-occupying lesions in uterine cavity, intrauterine adhesion or with the history of intrauterine adhesions; 5. uterine malformation; 6. adenomyosis; 7. reproductive tract tumors; 8. acute or chronic inflammation of reproductive tract.
