Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-64 years old, gender is not limited, in line with the diagnostic criteria of liver cirrhosis; 2. have chronic hepatitis B, hepatitis C, long-term heavy drinking, history of schistosomiasis exposure or family history of hereditary diseases; 3. clinical manifestations of portal hypertension and/or liver function decline; 4. CT, MRI, B-ultrasound showed liver shrinkage or hepatomegaly, imbalance of hepatic lobe, splenomegaly, hepatic enlargement and imaging of portal vein, hepatic vein or collateral vessel widening; 5. decompensated cirrhosis including liver function Child-pugh A, B, C grade, in addition to the above, patients with previous or current should also have ascites and spontaneous bacterial peritonitis, esophageal varices bleeding, portal vein thrombosis And other complications; 6. informed consent, volunteer to participate the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. overlapping or combining hepatitis A, C, D, E virus and acquired human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection; 2. combined with metabolic or autoimmune liver disease; 3. patients with delayed or prevented drugs through the digestive tract diseases, such as peptic ulcer, severe diarrhea, intestinal obstruction and other physical constitution; 4. people with severe mental disorders and language disorders who cannot cooperate with the researcher; 5. tumor patients, expected life <3 months; 6. pregnancy test positive or lactating women; 7. people who are allergic to multiple drugs; 8. Those who participated in other drug clinical trials in the past 3 months; 9. alcohol and drug users.
