Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Intestinal barrier dysfunction associated with malnutrition children; 2. Aged six months to 14 years old; 3. Children in healthy group matched with patients group on age, gender.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. with enteral nutrition contraindications; 2. combined with other organs dysfunction, such as cardiovascular dysfunction, acute respiratory distress syndrome; 3. Complicated with septic shock; 4. to reduce the study Crowd confounding factors, excluding the surgical postoperative body instability or general anesthesia after extubation and other care into the PICU and stay shorter than 24 hours.
