40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experimental group and placebo control group inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-75 years old; 2. Patients with normol mind,cooperative behavior,clear speech,and able to describe his feelings correctly; 3. Patients who are meeting the diagnostic criteria of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO) with rest pain; 4. Vasodilators have been stopped; 5. No brain and nervous system lesions,no contraindications to MRI; 6. Right handed; 7. Junior high school education or above; 8. Voluntarily participated the experiment and signed the informed consent. Healthy control inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-75 years old; 2. Patients with normol mind,cooperative behavior,clear speech,and able to describe his feelings correctly; 3. No brain and nervous system lesions,no contraindications to MRI; 4. Right handed; 5. Junior high school education or above; 6. Voluntarily participated the experiment and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with brain spaceoccupying lesion founded after baseline fMRI examination; 2. Patients with serve primary cardiovascular,cerebrovascular, liver,lung,kidney or hematopoietic system diseases and psychotic; 3. Patients who is participating in other clinical drug tests; 4. Patients implanted with any metal in the body; 5. Patients with history of alcoholism or drug abuse.
