Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female patients aged at least 18 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic kidney disease; 3. Voluntarily sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients who are unable or unwilling to sign informed consent; 2. The patients who have been participated in clinical trials of unlisted drugs related to kidney disease; 3. The patients who are doubted or sure that have a history of alcohol and drug abuse or mental disorders. Or according to the researchers,the patients who are easy to lost to follow-up,for example the work environment is constantly changing; 4. The researchers predicted that the patients who are poor or uncooperative compliance and should not be included in this study.
