Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-65 years; For migraine with or without aura, the diagnosis must be in accordance with the international classification of headache diseases, version 2 (ICHDd-3, 1.2.1 or 1.1); Age of first onset < 50 years; The disease duration is greater than or equal to 1 year; Frequency of attack is greater than 2 times/month; Volunteer and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Received prophylactic medication for migraine in the past 3 months; Has used at least three prophylactic drugs; Drug abuse-related headaches (those who take painkiller > 10 days a month for a headache attack); Alcohol and/or other drug abusers; Persons undergoing hormone therapy; Serious neurological or mental illness; Patients with serious primary cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases; Pregnancy or lactation.
