Age
18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Less than 18 years old; 2. The left main coronary artery stenosis is greater than 50% or the three main coronary branches are greater than 70%; 3. Normal coagulation function; 4. LVEF>35%; 5. Take aspirin and clopidogrel for at least 3 days and do not stop aspirin until the day of surgery; 6. Carefully read and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Urgent OPCABG; 2. Plus other cardiac surgery; 3. Refuse to sign the informed consent; 4. With severe liver or renal dysfunction; 5. With Severe systemic disease.
