20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients who have indications for IVF-ET treatment; 2. The pre-ovulatory E2/-1 E2 ratio was less than 0.73 after the trigger during the IVF/ICSI treatment cycle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with significant systemic diseases not suitable for pregnancy; 2. hydrosalpinx; 3. acute or chronic reproductive tract inflammation; 4. reproductive tract tumors; 5. failed to complete hormone determination on the trigger day and the next day after trigger.
