Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Han nationality, aged 18 to 60 years old, with a history of education for more than 8 years; 2. preoperative neuroimaging data (CT/MRI) showed that the lesion is located in the cerebral hemisphere, involving functional areas such as exercise and language, and the diagnosis is considered as a brain tumor; 3. No MRI/EEG examination contraindications; 4. preoperative neurological function and neuropsychological evaluation, patients are right-handed, language and cognitive function are normal, can cooperate with neurological imaging examination; 5. agree to participate in the image with informed consent Learning research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. suffering from mental illness, history of serious physical illness, history of drugs, alcohol dependence and other medical history that may affect brain structure and function, especially history of craniocerebral trauma, history of cerebrovascular disease; 2. preoperative cognition, language impairment; 3. MRI examination of contraindications; 4. pairs of extreme anxiety and fear of non-cooperation.
