20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients are 20–40 years old, body mass index 18-30 kg/m2; 2. Patients who have indications of tubal, male or unexplained infertility factors; 3. Patients who have normal ovarian reserve, including normal menstrual cycles (25-35 days), 8-20 bilateral AFC, basal FSH 1.1ng/ml; 4. The patients receive IVF/ICSI treatment for the first time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with significant systemic diseases not suitable for pregnancy; 2. endometrosis grade 3 or higher; 3. PCOS; 4. hydrosalpinx; 5. reproductive tract tumors; 6. abnormal karyotype, uterine malformation or cervical incompetence; 7. recurrent spontaneous abortions; 8. the level of basal estrogen exceeds 80 pg/ml or with functional cysts on the third days of menstrual cycle.
