Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 30 patients with severe intrauterine adhesions diagnosed by hysteroscopy; 2) aged 20 to 40 years old; 3) transvaginal ultrasound detection of follicles before hysteroscopic surgery, in endometrial hyperplasia Period, the thickness of the double inner membrane is less than 7mm; 4) there are fertility requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) combined reproductive system malformations, such as mediastinal uterus; 2) combined with other diseases of the reproductive system, such as uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, etc.; 3) severe internal surgical diseases with pregnancy contraindications; 4) combined with Artificial cycle treatment contraindications; 5) history of tuberculosis in the reproductive system.
