Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. older than 18 years; 2. admitted to ICU at Tibet Autonomous Region Peoples Hospital longer than 24 hours; 3. Speak and understand Tibetan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preexisting psychosis or neurologic disease that would confound the diagnosis of delirium; 2. comatose or throughout at the time of screening; 3. diagnosing as delirium before assessment and been prescribed antipsychotics; 4. history of vision or hearing impairment; 5. refusal of consent.
