Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged=65 years, ASA II and above, open surgery, surgery time>2 hours, elective and high risk surgery, non-cardiac and non-cardiovascular surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Arrhythmia, diabetes, patients with high risk of reflux and aspiration (delayed or disfunction of gastric emptying, achalasia cardia), history of gastrointestinal surgery, medicine abuse, psychiatric disease and compliance problems
